Please note! As of August 29th, there has been a change in the certificate ordering process! Orders will now be handled only by postal mail and orders must be accompanied by check, or money order (please no cash). Individual Certificate Orders
The cost of the Coast-to-Coast 2002 Certificate for a U.S. ham will be $6.00.
DX applicants (includes Canada & Mexico) will be charged $8.00 U.S funds.
ONLY postal orders and payments can be accepted as of 8/29.
Payments made out to anyone else besides Casey Bahr will be returned.
Club Bulk Orders
A club may place a single order for multiple certificates as a service to
their members, or anyone else they would like to provide this courtesy.
Certificates will then be mailed to a single address when all are complete and will
cost $5 each, as the cost for postage and handling will be less. Such "bulk"
orders may be placed via email, with all required info for each certificate
included, with payment to follow per instructions above.
Returned Orders
Orders placed without full required information CAN NOT be
processed. Please provide an e-mail address to contact should there be problems
with insufficient information to complete the order. If you can not be contacted
via e-mail then a $1.50 processing fee will be assessed and the remainder of your
payment refunded.
Certificate Design and Points Endorsement
Certificates will be designed for the 2002 event but will use
basically the same design as last year. They will however, include a total
points count endorsement. No other endorsements such as MOBILE or QRP will
be included unless a request for such additional endorsements are made for
the design no less than one month prior to the event.
Final Note
Please understand that I very much enjoy doing the certificates
and do all that I can to keep the costs as low as possible, while still providing a
nice certificate. But costs of materials and much higher postage
rates have resulted in higher costs to me and thus, higher costs to those
requesting the certificates.
